| Making a Reservation When making a reservation, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the stay, plus the sales and occupancy tax (total of 13%). To make a reservation, please call between 10am and 9pm Eastern Time. Thank you.
Canceling a Reservation All cancellations must be submitted in writing, by email or letter, 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival. 30 days or more for Culver Academy Events. We do not take cancellations over the phone Reservations for Culver Academy Events • Minimum night stays required. No exceptions. • Full payment due at time of booking. • All cancellations must be submitted in writing 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival. • Refunds will be mailed within 30 days after the scheduled event minus a 10% cancellation fee. • Absolutely no refunds for cancellations less than 30 Days before scheduled arrival. • All reservations are non transferrable. • Additional fees will be charged for o Early check in (Before 3PM) o Late night Check In. (After 11PM) o Additional guests. o Late Check Out. (After 11AM)
Refunds Refunds are always at the discretion of The Manor. Any refunds made will be sent within 15 days after the scheduled arrival. All refunds will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Some refunds may be in the form of a credit for Main Street Manor. Absolutely no refunds for cancellations less than 14 (or 30 for Academy Events) days before the scheduled arrival.
